Hello, and thank you for taking the time to try to help me with my problem. I just bought the car, and the drivers seat wasn't working. I replaced the fuse, and now it moves up and down without a problem. It wouldn't move forward or back, but i could hear the motor turn and it felt like it was trying to move. I took the seat off, left it hooked up, and moved the switch. One side(right side of track) was moving back and forth just fine. The left side woulnd't move at all. What could the problem be? Is this something i can fix, or will it require me to buy more parts?

Pretty sure the motor only moves one side. they're all pos and the gears strip. Get some manual tracks from a 79-98 and swap them in 10 minutes. Fixed forever and cheap too.
