1995 Mustang Cobra Convertible Questions

Hey, I recently acquired my dads 1995 Mustang Cobra Convertible and am interested in making some upgrades to the car while still keeping it in its rare condition and what not. My first question is what kind of suspension packages would anyone say has worked best for them and things to stay away from, as well as what brand of cold air intake to put on, unless, in fact the stock system versus an upgraded CAI would be about equal?! Any input about anything related to the car would be great! Keep Stanginn!
