1995 mustang gt power

I'm new to this 5.0 efi world. I have a 557 in a 61 falcon, but have just purchased a 95 GT. It has a cold air intake, 65mm throttle body, 76mm maf, TFS street heat upper intake, headers, flowmasters, full 2.5" exhaust 3.73 gears and a SCT chip. With all this it is only showing 187hp at 5100 and 280ftlb at 3000. What am I missing???

Well for one alot of 5.0L's were overrated. Is it a California car? They were restricted more. Also what is the mileage of the vehicle? Is that SCT chip custom tuned for your car? Last what is your timing set at?

Could be a few things but stock, they usually put around 190 to the rear wheels so it isn't that far off. How many miles are on the car?
