1995 mustang gt power

I'm new to this 5.0 efi world. I have a 557 in a 61 falcon, but have just purchased a 95 GT. It has a cold air intake, 65mm throttle body, 76mm maf, TFS street heat upper intake, headers, flowmasters, full 2.5" exhaust 3.73 gears and a SCT chip. With all this it is only showing 187hp at 5100 and 280ftlb at 3000. What am I missing???
