1995 Mustang GT recently had problems finding motocraft spark plugs

I have a 95 gt and recently had problems finding motocraft spark plugs that would fit because the owner manual calls for a asf 42c but they dont fit because of the tapered seat is to close to the threads but i went with a awsf44c spark plug wich i was told goes on e6se heads does this head sound right for the 95 h.o. motor and does this plug sound right for the heads????
