I recently purchased a 96 GT. The previous owner said it needed brakes. Turns out it needed calipers,rotors,master cylinder, brake lines also. the front brakes lock up after 15to 20 minutes of driving. I have bled the entire system and need to know if anyone else has run into something like this before. Looking at the hydro boost unit and it appears to be working normally.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

you still have air in the system, bled them again at the wheels then the master cyc.

i have a 96 gt when i bought it from the previous owner it had been wrecked on the front. the drivers side tire was locking up, replaced the pads and rotors didnt help ended up being a problem with the power steering pump. the brakes on mustangs are different than most cars, they run off of the power steering pump, check for to much fluid, also check your brake lines for collapsed spots, if none of that is obvious id change the pump. also does your steering work fine with no noises and isnt hard to turn lock to lock?
