1996 Mustang v6 Both speakers on the right side not working.

About a day ago I had just installed a new stereo and speakers to my mustang. The problem is both right-side speakers (front and back) don't play music. (I took out the factory speakers.)

When I hook the right side speakers, I hear a very faint crackling noise (this is with my ear attached to the metal on the speaker.) I tried doing the stereo Left and Right balance from the stereos menu, but i still hear nothing. Its balanced.

Also, the left side works fine.

Any help or reason as to why its doing this? (Note: Before I still couldn't hear the right side as much but it wasn't noticeable, since i usually listen to music at low volume, but now absolutely nothing.)
