Don't have an exact answer however, check for corroded wires throughout the entire fuel system. Look for it on all wiring for that matter. Could be grounding out somewhere.

First, we need to know WHICH fuse is blowing. The PCM and fuel pump fuses are easily confused. It makes a HUGE difference in trouble shooting a fuel pump issues vs a PCM issue.

Turn on the key and listen for the fuel pump to run. Remove the fuse that is blowing and repeat. Do you hear the fuel pump run? If not, this confirms it's the fuel pump fuse.

Note, if this is a PCM fuse, the 1st place to look are the O2 sensor pig tails. Frequently after an exhaust upgrade, they will touch the hot exhaust and ground out.

Do you have a Volt-Ohm meter and are you prepared to use it?
