1997 Mustang Cobra alignment issues

I'm at my wits end!!! This weekend I replaced my tie rod ends, ball joints and steering rack bushings with moog components and therefore needed to have my front end aligned. I went to NTB (which I now regret), long story short after four visits and 3 techs working on my car, it has a slight pull to the right and the steering wheel is about 3 degrees left (just enough to be annoying)

Below are the specs from the most recent visit.

Spec Actual
Camber -1.4 to 0.2 L-1.3 R-1.6
Caster 2.5 to 4.9 L 2.8 R 3.2
Toe 0.0 to 0.25 L 0.15 R 0.11
Cross Camber -0.8 to 0.8 0.3
Cross Caster -0.8 to 0.8 -0.4
Total Toe N/A -0.3
Cross Turn Diff 0.0 to 0.50 0.26

Are these findings enough to warrant a subtle pull to the right?? I've lowered the car with Eibach prolines, do I need to buy Caster/Camber plates? The tech said that my camber is maxed out (no room for adjustment) Any information would be appreciated. I've tried rotating my tires, and my tire pressure is good on all four tires.

Thank you in advance.
