Hi everyone,

So I have a 1998 Ford Mustang that recently went into the repair shop and they said that all the o2 sensors were dead and the rear differential needed replacing. aka about $2400 worth of repairs when the car only cost $2500...

any ideas on cost/how to do the replacing on my own? Thanks so much!

:wavey welcome to the forums. but a motor manual, and some tools as you need them. most jobs you can do yourself and save a ton of money.

Did they say why the rear diff needs to be replaced?
