After some research I found out my Mustang's issues of not delivering fuel (with full engine crank and power) and AC working occasionally, I'm replacing the CCRM Control Relay Module. Does this part have to be program by the dealer?

I'm new to mustangs and recently purchased a 1998 Mustang GT project in really great condition, I'm working through most of the issues. On two different occasions I drove to a gas station 5 miles away to fuel-up, after, I turned the ignition and would not start. I could clearly hear the gas pump priming, the engine cranking/turning and plenty of power. This relay modules are a pain on most fords. Any feed back on my question or the process will be highly appreciated!:bigthumbsup

The CCRM does not have to be programed.

FWIIW, if you can hear the fuel pump priming, then the CCRM is working.
