Hey guys. I've been autocrossing my sixer for a while now and I've been toying with the idea of swapping the independent rear suspension form the Cobra into my car to make it handle better. Has anyone done this before? I don't want to dive into anything without knowing if I'm gonna be in over my head. Thanks everyone!:bigthumbsup

Thanks! It says that the performance is compromised because of the positioning of the stock mounting points. Do you know if this will enhance the handling enough to make the swap worth it? If its not going to increase the car's handling ability a whole lot, I'd rather not fool with it

it will definatly increase the perfromance over the solid axle by a bunch. the stock mounting places only limit the IRS system. it's still a great system.

I think I'm going to. I've got a friend with a wrecked 2002 Cobra. He said he'll sell me the parts for cheap so I'm gonna have to go ahead and buy it
