1999 Mustang 3.8L Project Help

I am currently in progress of a car project. I have a 3.8L v6 engine that has 175k plus miles in it. Will be getting it rebuilt. I also have a 4R70W(auto) transmission with 175k miles on it, which will also be rebuilt.

I will put exhaust, suspension, 4.10 gears with t-lok Limited Slip Differential, CAI with a SCT SF3 tune.
Also will be adding new Rotors and a Throttle Body.

Wanting to get it Cammed but dont know much information on it. Will my motor have to be upgraded it will it be fine. I would appreciate some information please, Thank you
