I'm new to the forum and want to say this forum is very informative, and i hope someone can help. I have two problems; 1st my instrument cluster blows a fuse and causes the cluster to come on after approx 30 seconds. The section that is affected is the one that displays the Overdrive light, and Check engine light. I've replaced the fuse, but works temporarily till it blows it again. 2nd is every time i shut the engine down, or lets say i turn ignition on and then off, I get 5 beep tones from underneath the dash on the passenger side. Has any one ever encountered this before? Any help is appreciated :headscratch:

i have about the same issue except as far as i know im not blowing a fuse...

for almost 2 years my cluster has been on about a 20 to 30 second delay before i get anything to move or light up.. my OD light as well as check engine and traction control do not light up what so ever.... my OD works because when i push button while driving it changes over...

have you turned off your traction control switch since you have noticed this happening? The off on the switch does not light up for me any more either but the switch works just no light.....

if you have any luck with it post what it was.... i have been trying to figure it out off and on for like i said 2 years

(99 v6 as well) no beeping tho
