My first Dyno run for my '14 Gt is this Saturday and I have no idea as to how to tell a credible shop from a shop that does not know what they are doing.

Can anyone give me some pointers/questions to ask so that I get the most out of my experience?

Make sure they dyno the car in 5th gear (1:1 ratio).
