Not much unless want to add a power adder. (Turbo)

If it still has a distributor, you could advance the timing alittle. Headers, they do make perforomance camshafts for the 2.3l.

Higher output ignition coil, underdrive pullies.

A slight gear change could gain you some acceleration but there's not much torque on a stock 2.3 to turn them good.

What if I change them to 4.10 would that make any difference?
I don't think a stock 2.3 could turn them to be honest. Idk what gear you have in there now but maybe a 3.55 would be better.

One question more what does getting bigger gears benefit from?
If you have a bigger gear (gear like that 4.10) the car will accelerate very fast but the top in will be lower. You would be cruising around with the motor revving high and you just cruising.

If you have a smaller gear, the car would take forever to get going but you gain a heck of alot on top end in MPH and the motor is turning slower. That is what "overdrive" is doing.

Awesome thanks and with this item it's on the picture what would it do for my mustang?
You could just get a higher output coil for way under $100 just getting a MSD blaster coil will take care of that. Bump your timing up a little and you will notice a difference.

With that coil you could gap the plugs slightly larger too.

And putting that coil what difference would I get in hp? And how much more of a gap would I be able to do?

While I can't sit here and say what ever is gonna give you X hp......I will say DON'T believe the gimmick it will give you X hp just bolting what ever it is to the motor.

Next thing you know you buying all kind of CRAP cause according to the package you gained X hp. You'll be thinking I just bought this or that and now I should have X hp after adding it all up. DON'T WORK LIKE THAT!
