I'm giving her a tune up & was just wondering how much of a pain it is to remove the fuel rail that sits atop the coil packs\plugs. Does the rail just come off the top of the injectors? And, do the plugs need to be indexed? I'm gonna put these Bosch plugs in, While we find your parts, please enter your ZIP Code at PartsAmerica.com , anyone else used them yet?

Why take off the fuel rails? You should be able to remove the cop's without removing the fuel rail.

I thought the same thing when I got my car as well. But once you loosen the nut that holds the coil in place, you can move it to the side and pull it up by the fuel rail. There is a long rubber boot under that coil so it will flex a lot and you DO NOT need to pull the fuel rail. Looks are deceiving though. I didn't have to index my plugs.
