I just bought my first mustang and I was wondering how hard and how much it would roughly cost to fix the rust spot.

Don't even bother trying to fix it...Honestly I would look for a wrecked one and take the rear quarter panel off and swap it.

I agree. There's probably much more rust that you can't see at the moment.
