Wiring
You've got a short in your wiring harness somewhere that's probably blowing the fuse when you turn the engine over at startup. Try starting your car with all the lights off, including door lights, day or night and turn them on only after your car has fully started, this should solve your problem. If not, look at your ignition system wiring because for some reason, there is to much power being surged through your wiring when its supposed to be kept constant. Also, make sure all of your major electrical components are properly grounded (IE battery, alternator, ignition modules, etc).
