2001 Cobra stock Gears

What are the stock gears in the 01 cobras? I keep hearing 3.27's but then why is it when i'm at 65-70mph i'm at 2.5k rpms. My v6 had the 3.27's and at 70 i was just hitting over 2.1k rpms. Is the overdrive in the automatics that low of a ratio?

Yes,stock is 3.27 ........if you want to check your diff tag, the second row of numbers will be "3L27" which means 3:27 Locking Diff. Can't explain the difference you are mentioning.
