I am wanting to put new cams in my car this summer but im not sure what will be the best choice. I want something with good power gains but still practicle for an everyday driver. And do i need to replace the springs or does it just depend on the cam set up?

well that depends on your ultimate goal, are you planning on a power adder, like turbo or a blower. the best thing to do is to call a company like comp cams and talk with them, and they can head you in the right direction. and more than likely you will need some new springs.
