I own a 2002 V6 Ford Mustang convertible, and it just started running real rough lately. I hooked up the computer and it displayed these three codes:

P0301- Cylinder 1 Misfire
P0303- Cylinder 3 Misfire
P1401- Differential Pressure Feedback EGR Circuit High Input

I have searched the forms, and it seems there are different items that can be done for the cylinder misfires. What would your suggestion be, should I move fuel injectors to other cylinders to see if that solves the problem first, or should I go ahead and replace the spark plugs first and see if that fixes the problem? This is my first time having this issue, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would change the fuel filter and pull plugs to see what they are telling you. I would also change the plugs and wires. Do not use generic wires, get the good ones. The DPFE code is a result of the other 2 codes because it reads off of bank 1 where your 2 misfires are......
