I have a 2002 Mustang Gt with a new Ford Racing intake manifold, SR Performance cold air intake, and flow masters. I've just replaced all the spark plugs and the intake manifold. Ive noticed that the acceleration is not what it should be. it is worst than what it used to be. The RPMS aren't rising fast until it hits 4700 then it lights up. I'm unsure what the problem could be. I know the acceleration used to be so much greater and for some reason it's just not there anymore. Any ideas?

Could be a lot of things. Some quick things to look for....Did you set the plugs correctly? Did you use new gaskets? Do you have a leak in the intake or elsewhere? Is everything torqued to spec or tightened? Was the PI intake installed properly? All wire connections good? Did you get a tune? All the c/o/p making connection with the plugs?
