I have a 2002 Mustang GT stock engine, with vortech v-1 s trim, pmas calibrated for 39lb injectors, fmic, tial 50mm bov, svt focus pump in tank, 4:10 gears, sct tuned. Ok so heres the problem when I am driving and get on it i datalogged this as well, the car will pull hard through first, and second gear, once in smash it into 3rd it will not accelerate and the a/f will max out lean or say 17.x. But if I shift it easy into third its doesnt seem to do it, or if i do just a 3rd gear pull it will be perfectly fine. even if i let off the gas when i do it and get back on its like its stuck leaning out till I let it come to idle and then it will drive fine again. It showing in my datalog that the car "frp" i believe is fuel rail pressure will drop to 15.2 when it does this. The fuel pump duty cycle seems to maintain low .12 and will go to about .60 what ever that mean. I replaced, frps, fuel filter, dropped tank and inspected pump, check all injectors, coils. plugs are ngktr6's gapped at .35, please help me guys i didnt change anything in my tune and this has been going on for 2 weeks. I can get any other info for you if you need it as well. thanks mike.

Did u inspect the cheap plastic stock fuel line going from the top of the fuel pump to the bottom of the fuel hat (inside the tank)? My car was doing the same thing when I had the 4,10 gears. 1st and 2nd gears came quick but when I went to 3rd, it would lean out half way threw that gear. Found out that the plastic line had a crack in it and the fuel pressure was blowing the fuel back in the tank. Replaced the line and no more problems.
