I have a 2002 Mustang that I bought used a few years ago, I have recently noticed that the gears seem to be grinding very quietly, but if I don't try to fix it, they might get louder. When I press in the clutch very lightly, the noise goes away, and when I press in or let off it when I'm stopped, the noise comes back. It feels as if somethings loose or the clutch may be bad. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

I'm not a pro, but sounds like to me the throw-out bearing is the culprit.
