Hey guys I'm new to this site, and I have a 2003 Mustang GT with a flowmaster exhaust, o/r xpipe, CAI, plenum and 70mm TB. I'm planning on getting a short shifter soon, and also a sound system so I cant put on polleys! so I need your help I'm out of idea's on what other performance I could put on other than supercharger. I know I can put on gears i wanted 3.55 or 3.73 but on highway speeds my RMP's would be too high like at 80mpg I'd be at like 3000rpm right? any sugestions are appresiated. thanks

thanks guys for all your suggestions, ya I think I'm going to do the gears first then the chip programmer. I remember reading one of the other posts saying that installing the gears is about $300??? does that sound right? and also is it hard on the engine or transmision having 3.73's on there compaired to the stock 3.27(I know it doesnt effect the engine or tranmision right away but does it over time)?
