2004 Anti-theft Control Module

I am having a problem with my anit-theft system and I believe it is the module itself. I have no clue where it is located though. I would like to find it so I can test it and see if t really is the problem. I have the 2004 40th edition with the 3.9 v6.

The PATS receiver is located in the steering column very near the ignition key.
