I've really tried searching for answers here and some other forums but I haven't found a vid that has a similar problem with my car. I just don't want to go to the shop and get ripped off telling me I have a problem with this with that etc. I just want to get straight to the point and tell them "this is what's going on"..

2004 mustang gt ticking sound - YouTube

I found the only video of my car with the ticking sound. sadly it's on facebook and i can't download it. I just recorded the video. Sorry for the crappy vid quality but i think I got the sound ok. this is me on 2nd gear going on 3rd. You'll hear the car do that annoying ticking sound which I haven't figured out yet.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I don't hear anything...ticking is usually a valve guide, lifter or exhaust leak

really? you can't hear it? *sigh* the sound starts halfway thru the vid. it's pretty clear.

it doesn't make the sound when it's idle or when i'm revving..
