As the title says, working on replacing my cooling system with the upgraded 07+ GT crossover, upper and lower radiator hoses. got it all drained, making a mess and got the crossover installed. now working on drivers side hose. any way or trick to get to the clamp on the block side? none of my plyers will fit, power steering rack steel hoses in the way. I have the tire off and will try to remove the splash shield. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep! I had to get a pair of these when I replaced the oil filter adapter gasket a few years ago. Come in handy for all the factory clamps.

thanks yall, ended up running to close parts store and getting that hose clamp tool, took about 2 minutes of finagling but finally got the clamp and hose off. I like the updated design of the newer cooling system, don't like that there isn't a "burp" valve like the older models.
