2005 Mustang 5sp v6 Engine Trans removal

I bought this 05 triple black convertible with a bad motor. Im replacing the V6 with a lesser mileage v6. I am just about to remove the motor and I noticed the trans is leaking a bit. Has anyone ever pulled out both motor and trans together in one piece, If so, how did it go and is there any tricks or tips before I get this baby up in the air. I don't like surprise when I have and engine and trans over my head. Thanks everyone for your input.
