:scratchchinI am taking a 25k 2005 Mustang GT and spending about 3k on Body Kit parts and paint. She will look like GT500 when she is done:bigthumbsup. Did I help the value of this car or did I loose some value. Also I had a mint 1995 Mustang Gt with the 5.0. I think I have more punch at least it it sounds better put has anybody raced and old 5.0. I think it might be a race. maybe not. :headscratch:

It's not like updating a kitchen or bathroom....you will likely never get close to your money back.

Unfortunately, like forensicsteve mentioned, the value of your car is probably similar to what it was before. Though, if selling privately, the new GT500 may attract buyers quicker. But if you like it, don't worry about what it's worth, enjoy it. :bigthumbsup
