Hey guys...I have a green mustang gt..with about 35,000 miles on it. The rpm is low, and causes the gas to stick and I have to press hard for it to take off. This doesn't happen EVERYTIME I drive..but it does happen. I'm wondering what could cause this..is it expensive to fix? Like today it shut off for the first time..your comments and advice would be much appreciated!!

Sounds to me like the Throttle Position Sensor.

No problem. The TPS sensor is what detects how much throttle you're giving the car. When these fail (prevalent on early model S197s) they cause idle and stalling issues.

I believe it's a pretty cheap part to replace, and there is some way of diagnosing it, though I am not sure.
