Where is O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 located? Had the car scanned and it needs to be replaced at this time. Would like to know if this is the driver or passenger side of car. Also, have heard this is an on going problem for this year and engine. If so, what can be done to rectify the problem?:?:

O2 1/1 is the upstream sensor on the passenger side of your engine.

i havent seen much of a ongoing problem with the 05 6`s- O2`s on the forum. i`m pushin 68k and havent had any problems with them.( knock on wood) :yup: you could just have a tune up issue. or if it is bad, you`ll have to replace it. mine might be turned off with the custom tune cause i`m pretty sure i blew the guts out of one of my cats and still no o2 issues :scratchchin
