I could be wrong, but I'm not sure that you could use any of it. The mufflers have the tips welded on it, since their after the axle, where as your '03 has them before the axle, so the piping would be off too.
2006 Cobra mustang exhaust on a 2003 4.6 mustang,will it work?
I have aquired a complete exhaust system from a '06 Cobra Mustang and I am thinking of trying to use it on my '03 Mustang GT.I have the X pipe,Cats,Mufflers and pipes.What will work and what would i have to buy??:bigthumbsup

It depends on alot, but alot of people probably use o/r x pipes. H pipes generally give a lower exhaust note. Check out youtube for exhaust videos to try to find the sound you like, and then find out what they have.
