I use this one on my Windsor motor: Moroso 85471 - Moroso Air/Oil Separator Tanks - summitracing.com
I fabbed a bracket for it. It's plumbed into a catch can on my car. But it can also be used in a vacuum line. It has a -6 drain port. I routed that back to the crank case via the front cover. It vents the crank case directly, and recirculates captured oil back to the pan.
It's pretty sturdy. I can't imagine it ever breaking, despite the abuse I give it.
