I'm looking to improve my suspension with some quality yet affordable parts. I've looked into aftermarket performance lowering springs and stuff but im slightly confused on all of it. If i were to lower the car i wouldnt want more than 2 inches of drop, althought it being lowered sounds better for turns and drag :laughlitt

Just let me know your ideas, and of some parts. Also sharing what you guys did would be awesome. Thanks!:bigthumbsup

great link! What i have gotten so far are lower and adj upper control arms, upgraded sway bars, adj pan hard bar, GT take off shocks and struts, springs and camber plates. Thats pretty much most of the suspention. You can also do the front control arms and ect. But a good starting place is control arms. And if your going to go with a large drop then you will want to get adjustable parts.

Oh okay thanks! That's pretty helpful. I'm just looking for overall good performance suspension, not specifically for turns or drag.

Lowering springs might be the single biggest improvement, and these UPR Pro Series springs (made by Eibach) are a very popular choice: 2005-2011 Ford Mustang GT V6 UPR Pro Series Kit Lowering Springs by Eibach at UPR Products - Lifetime Warranty!

Probably my favorite suspension mod for our cars is to replace the rear control arms. They help keep the rear end planted so you have more traction in a straight line AND in the corners. Win-win. And there's not a better deal out there than our Elite Series control arms: 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT V6 Chrome Moly Street Upper & Lower Control Arm Package - UPR Products
