Yes it is supposed to have one. for some reason lots of stangs that are used dont ever have them. I had to buy my lower grille a little bit after i bought my mustang.

just traded in my 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass for an 2007 v6 Mustang and could not be happier. I miss my old Rocket 350 thumping but don't miss the constant need for fuel!
I just have a question if some one can answer it, is there supposed to be a front lower grill for the bumper? my friend has an 2005 and his does.

Thanks for the help, strange why it didn't come with it. But, I found one on ebay for 27$, it looks like it snaps in place, how did you fit yours on? by the way thats a nice looking Mustang you have there!

it snaps in with the same plastic tabs as the upper grill. its a easy item for people to swipe when they need one :soThanks for the help, strange why it didn't come with it. On your dash hit setup twice, then hit reset until you find a good color. Make sure your lights are on too :bigthumbsup
EDIT: haha I misread your post, the setup button is on the dash above center console. Just to the left of the 12v plug in

The setup button is on the top left of your main dash console. Its above and to the left of your like radio stuff. But not all mustangs have the color options. Mine doesnt. You will know if it does or not becuase it will say stuff on the buttons.

i'll just have to swipe the grille from my friend, he won't notice, or i'll buy one.
By the way do either of you know how to change the lights in the dash to a differnet color? i read the manual but cannot find a setup button anywhere.

Its like Setup, MY Color then choose what on u want or something in that area... Id have to do it on my car to tell u exactly... its really easy trust me
