Ive decided on the flowmaster 40 series and I want opinions on whether i should get an o/r X or H pipe to go with it. I want the muscle car sound and the performance. I hear H pipe is a nice deep sound but X pipe has more performance gains. Will the gains be significant or will i get the same gains with an H as an X?

If you have to run cats, in the State of Florida I would go with a Bassani Catted X pipe, never an H pipe it's just a balance tube, Mike. SCT Tuner.:bigthumbsup

The thing is they dont do inspections in Florida so I can go o/r without a problem no one would ever know unless they brought back inspections in the future but i doubt that. So im guessing o/r X would be the way to go then?
