I would make sure they've done gear swaps before. if so, then it's cool. 300 is a tad on the high side but better than going to Ford. The 4.10's will be awesome:bigthumbsup

he has done them before, and says he will make sure mine dont whine, and if you saw my other thread, you would know that 300 is cheap around here, i was having a hard time finding a shop to do it for less than 500

I had a hard time finding a shop that would do it for 300 when I was getting my 4.10s installed. I eventually did but I got tons of quotes for 500 dollars and up.

sounds fimiliar. on ford rd in garden city. i was born in the garden city hospital. hopefully you`ll get a good tech and they will do it up nice. i guess the majority of people say do the heat up cool down a few times, drive it easy for a little bit. sounds like a good idea and i think you should do that. but i was tought drive it like its gonna be driven. its either gonna be good or come unglued. since your paying, just do what they tell you to do, and tell us what they say too. :)

+1 - Same in this area. $300 would be cheap. I had two different places quote me $700 just for labor. :eyebulge:
