Hello everyone this is my first post and i have a kind of stupid question i juts recently installed a boomtube dual exhaust on my 2007 v6 mustang and the driver side pipe seems to be hanging about an inch higher than the passenger side one most people dont notice but im very particular about these types of things i was juts wondering if anyone has any suggestion on how to lower the drivers side pipe or even raise the passenger side pipe so that they are even thanks for all the help in advance

welcome to the site,enjoy!!!!have you got the hangers installed right?some of the prebent systems just do not fit perfect,you might have to "adjust" a hanger or two.

define adjust cause i dont rele see any room to play with them unless i bend them or something in order to lower the drivers side one and they dun exactly seem easy to bend lol

Look at the rearmost hanger as a pivot point; if you raise the pipe in front of it, the tip will lower; lowering the pipe in front of the hanger-pivot will raise the tip.

Loosen all the joints in the pipes, wiggle the tip into the location you want, tighten the joints, and (we hope) voilà!, alignment.

The joints are welded? Oh, my goodness. Take it back to the torchman.
