Are you wanting to go the performance route or show?
Show you could trying checking out some quarter window louvers, shorty antenna, possibly stripes, swapping to a different trunk spoiler, new grille w/ foglights, ect...

Or performance, I'd look into a tuner/programer for a few more ponies...and later on "down the road" into a CAI. True dual exhaust can go anywhere from $300-$400 and then you could look into mufflers.

Nice looking ride. My 1st mustang was a 05 blk V6.

I'd have to ask what don't you like about the car? Our cars can be modded for days! Sky's the limit here! Have you taken a look at Smoked Headlights or Smoked Taillights to go along with the theme here? There's a ton of different routes you can go with!
