I've been having trouble finding a rear bumper to accommodate dual exhaust to replace my slightly damaged single exhaust rear bumper.

Have you tried craigslist?? I see GT stuff on there from time to time around me. Also look up newtakeoff.com they might have some prepainted,

As the guy above said, try Craigslist. I've found many gt take off parts on their. I even found a brand new never painted front bumper for $80. There are some steals on there. And newtakeoff has some but their colors are limited. eBay is also a good place to check.
