I just completed the installation of the Hurst Billet Competition Plus Shifter on my 2009 Mustang GT. I had read many of the threads complaining about rattling noise the shifter makes. I took all the precautions i could, used loc-tight on the bolts and and used both neoprene isolators the kit comes with to help reduce rattling. Once i took the car out for a spin i noticed that it doesn't rattle under normal driving, but if you get on the throttle at all it rattles loudly. Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to stop this rattling?
