Symptom: Sync has begun asking me if I want a Vehicle Health Report

Sync and GPS package
Only electrical modification is addition of Ham radio power directly to the battery terminals
Discussion:
While on a few hundred mile road trip today, Sync asked me about six times if I wanted a Vehicle Health Report, which is an option associated with Sync. Before today, I have gotten this question about three times over the past month. Today, I answered 'Yes" after the second question to see if that would reset some internal clock but I got four more such questions.
Questions:
(1) has anyone else had this problem?
(2) is there a "cure" for this "talk too much" irritation?
