Hey Guys,
Purchased a 2012 v6 Mustang 4 months ago and loved it so much I had to sell it and get a 2011 Shelby GT500 with the SVT package. I live in New England and will be driving it from May 1st to November 1st. So some colder days will be encountered. the current tires just slip everywhere unless its 70 degrees and up! But when they hook man do they hook!. What Im looking for is great hook up tires for New England weather. These are the 20" rear and 19" fronts. Again Im new and would appreciate any direction or opinion on real good tires for weather ranging from 45 -100 degrees. Thanks folks! btw, this car is absolutely amazing! Never drove anything like it.

Thank you! I had the Conti Extreme contact on my BMW and they awesome. This Mustang will not see any snow, only encounter colder weather. Im looking for a really good all around tire for colder weather and hot summer fun, without losing to much performance.
So with the Shelby parked for the winter, I have begun my quest for spring tires. As much as the DWS makes sense to me, I cant seem to find them in the SVT sizes. So I am now thinking, just to get another set of the Eagle F1 Supercar stocl SVT tires. My next question is how much tread is really supposed to be on these Eagles? I got my car used and the inside of the tires have some tread depth but the outside almost have none, I have never seen these tires new so is that close to normal or way worn down? the pics I have seen of the Eagles seems like they don't have deep tread.
Ehhhh, found a sweet deal on exact replacement tires and bought em, also bought winter car, done!
