Hello everyone,
I own a V6 2011 performance pkg Mustang (Silver, Blk rims, with Black pin stripe)

Current mods

Performance:
BBK Headers
BBK Catted X-pipe
Airad CAI
Bama Race tuner
Roush Axle-back Exhaust
Blackout tail lights, third brake, and front lights
Black hood pins
Willpak rear window louver
Side louvers

I'm currently deployed right now and i'm looking to get the best bang for my buck.
I am stationed in Lakenheath, England and want to know what you guys would do with
$2,000 to spend.

I have two ideas in mind.

BBK TB, Shaftmaster D/S, and Barton Short throw shifter with bracket, Roush side rockers, Front chin scoop, Roush Valance rear bumper, Caliper Covers, and Custom Shifter knob.

OR...

Zex Nitrous system with purge kit, bottle heater, blow out hose. and window switch.

Unfortunately the miss'es will NOT allow me to get the Superchager. So before yall say it b/c I've completely lost that battle!!! But not the WAR!

I am looking to get the MOST hp while gaining some new looks to the body.
Please if you would tell me your thoughts on my ideas, and what you would change or what would the best set up be !

You wont get the Shaftmasters driveshaft. Have to go somewhere else. I called them and they told me they have NO plans to reintroduce a v6 shaft.
I am planning BBK throttle body, aluminum drive shaft, and a gear change to 3:73. If you go that route, and have to pay to get the parts installed, you will be close to your budget target.

The installation for the throttle body and drive shaft are pretty easy to do, now the gear change would require installtion. But the TB is 399.99, and the driveshaft is 689.99, I would love the 3.73 idea thank you very much! I know I currently have the 2.73 from the performance package atm.

I've read changing a throttle body is negligible and actually a waste of money.

Get the supercharger. When she asks what that noise is when you step on it, tell her you have an exhaust leak or something of that nature... she'll never know the difference.

If you don't already have it installed (you didn't mention it), but get the Boss 302 strut tower brace. It makes a really pleasant enhancement in the car's basic handling and feel (stiffer!). I think all stangs should have it installed.

First and foremost, Thank you for your service and bravery! Get home safe.

It sounds like you have a pretty nasty 11' V6! I'm sure it sounds sick with the full exhaust.

You have a great build list as well. All of those mods are great and I feel at some point you should have them on the car! First I would determine if you want to go looks or Fast. If you're looking to go Fast, get the Nitrous! If you're going for looks, go with the Rockers, Scoop, Valance, Caliper Covers etc...

This is the route I would take along with some J&M LCA's (to help eliminate wheel hop). If your car is a 'Performance Package' car then it came with 3.31 gears, not 2.73's.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the BBK TB. I was very skeptical when I bought it, but it gives VERY nice power gains especially in the 1K-4K RPM range. It also helped smooth out the idle problems I had after installing the BBK LT headers.

Also, head over to the 2011+ V6 tech section on this site. Lots of good info over there on the 3.7's!
