Hey guys, wanted to see if anybody has ever changed the bulb for their running board lights? My driver side is out and it actually looks pretty sweet when the "Mustang" lights up and you can change the color of it and all. I would rather not have to deal with the dealer on this issue if it's a easy fix. Any ideas???

I was under the impression that the running board "mustang" illumination was LED. If it's not working it may be a loose connection.

They just pop off, not a big deal at all to take a look.

Why NOT deal with the dealer? Isn't it still under warranty?

Update...I popped off the part and it wasn't working because the wire harness unplugged! Thanks guys!

Does the wiring for the running board lights already exist on all Mustangs? I've got a base model and was interested in buying a pair of them and seeing if they wiring exists. Newtakeoff.com has them for $80 a pair and the base running boards look cheap. Even if they didn't light up it'd be nice.
