2013 gt engine/trans rattle noise after mods

so i picked up a 13 gt with 7000 mi and a manual trans. everything sounded fine before.

I put in kooks lt headers, catted xpipe. Msd ignition coils, boss intake manifold jlt cai, custom bama tune barton short throw w/ two post bracket and bbk 85 mm tb......and now i get a nice little rattle noise it seems mostly in 2nd or 3rd. its not consistent. its unexistent reving in nuetral and is annoying....very annoying. Has anyone experienced this? or know what it could be?

If it rattles under load, I am going to guess at a loose LT header. Is everything torqued to spec? Anything modified now have a closer tolerance than before?

Hopefully, it's not the same rattle as this new thread from a guy with a '13 Boss 302... You said it was fine until you added your mods. Was the car driven hard by you or the previous owner? Got all his paperwork/service?

I have all the parts that you have except for the coils and I installed them all myself. I have no noises like the ones you described.

Just my 2 cents but every time that I added a suspension mod, my ride was not perfect. I always had some type of issue. I solved each issue by going back over my work slowly and carefully and I always figured it out. Examples: Not torqued down to specs, Exhaust pipe not turned a specific way and rubbing when spring compressed and on a buddy's car we left on one nut from the new cast/camber plates and that caused a huge thumping noise. All solved by carefully re-tracing our steps.

I would start by trying to pin point where the noise is coming from to the best of my ability and then check the area for the new parts that you have just installed. How confident are you that the Barton install went good? Since no rattle in neutral, I would start there. Since the noise is only under load, possible that bolts are loose allowing metal to metal contact in those gears that you described. I am really interested in hearing what the issue is when you find it.

You have any guesses where the noise is coming from? Hope this helped, good luck
update

So i test drove some more today just trying to get some consistency. It does do it moving in nuetral but it seems to be prone to be noisy on a bumpy road. long tubes have been checked for torque and are good. im about to go out again.
It is completely tempermental, theres no specific condition thats worse than another, it kinda sounds like fireworks under my hood
I was going to go with the shifter/bracket until you said the noise is coming from under the hood.
Is it possible that you may have left a tool on the engine somewhere? A bolt or nut on the engine laying loose or accidentally not tightened?
check your exhaust clamps. torque them to 35ft/lbs
As a matter of fact I had a weird rattle once also and I thought maybe it was my left ball joint. But the clamps that connect the cat pipes to the end of the headers had worked loose and needed tightened. Now I really don't know what the torque on those bolts are to be. The mechanic at the dealership just used a closed end wrench and made them pretty snug.
So I torqued the header to xpipe clamps and still got it periodically but over this last week its been relatively quiet. I have kind of narrowed it down to doing it more so when the engine is cold but that's not always the case. It hasn't done it for a few days so I'm wondering what might be up with that. Any other ideas?

Expansion under heat is closing the gap a bit and changing the characteristics of the rattle. Still leaning toward something in the exhaust train that's not quite snug enough.
Did you have the car tuned for the new throttle body?

I'm wondering if detonation might be a possibility... (Though that is supposed to be prevented by the knock sensors and should trigger a CHECK ENGINE light.)
I have finally started narrowing it down... It happens in 3rd and 4th but only sometimes right at 3500-4000 rpms I start to get a popping/impact noise which will stay if i keep it in that rpm range but with quickly go away if i push it past that point. It doesn't happen all the time at all but when it does those are the parameters it acts in. Also if i push in the clutch it goes away
Like I said in another thread, probably shifter rattle.
