I searched the forum and did not see an answer to this, but I have a 2013 Performance Package V6 Mustang with the Sync program. I have had both the iPhone and the Samsung Galaxy S5 synced at different times with the car and the quality of the calls is very poor for whoever I am talking to with both phones. I can hear them loud and clear, but they say they can barely hear me especially if I am on the interstate. If the a/c is on you can forget it. I know that the sound receiver is just above the driver by the mirror, but somehow it does not pickup good. I am assuming that it is picking up pn the sound of the air hitting my vehicle at interstate speeds and that the air system is also being picked up. Has anyone found a solution to alleviate this problem?

well I had a different problem with Sync but the solution might work on yours. My ipod stopped working because the radio would constantly say indexing and couldn't connect by Bluetooth to my phone either. Open the fuse panel and pull out #3, which is the third blue fuse from the bottom, far right row then leave it out for 30 seconds and plug it back in :smile:

Did u try it? Our new 2014 is doing the same the sound quality is horrible:crying:
