I believe you say you already have the catback exhaust. This means you have either the x or h midpipe with over axle pipes and then axle back pipes/mufflers. I would assume these bolted up to the stock catted pipes that go between the midpipe and the stock tri-Y headers.
I seriously doubt that the midpipe that you have now will connect to the American Racing Headers because typically you should use a matching midpipe from the header manufacturer. Then possibly the American racing midpipe will connect to your existing over axle pipes. You need to contact American Racing Header manufacturer or distributor to confirm. Anything is possible with the right amount of money.
